Refund policy

 

  • We ask that you please check your items at time of pickup or delivery to confirm all is well. 
  • All purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. 
  • For custom orders: once an order is paid for, the order payment will not be refundable. 
  • Rescheduling is possible, please do so up to 3 days before your pickup date and must be rescheduled within two weeks of purchase.
  • Please feel free to either call us or shoot us a text or Instagram message. In message, please to include your name and order number.
