We stand behind the quality of every bouquet. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right. 

• We ask that you please check your items at time of pickup or delivery to confirm all is well. 
• All purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. 
• For custom orders: once an order is paid for, the order payment will not be refundable.
